When I walked into West Coast Gold Buyers I didnt know what to expect because I have never sold gold before but luckily I was able to work with Sarah. The customer service she provided was beyond perfection! She was very polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I even learned a thing or two about gold before I left because of Sarah. Also she made me feel very comfortable and was very gracious, offering me water and making me feel as if I was at home. I will definitely go back there again thanks to Sarah.
